Senior Account Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Support the day-to-day operations of the company alongside a tight-knit team of five, directly reporting to our CEO
• Manage internal projects and workflows using Monday.com
• Oversee and coordinate social media platforms with an eye for detail, tone, and strategy
• Use AI tools to streamline tasks, improve efficiency, and support marketing efforts
• Communicate with clarity, precision, and professionalism — both internally and externally
• Ensure project milestones are hit and client/team communications stay clear and proactive
• Organize, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks at once with top-tier efficiency

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience in a marketing or advertising agency as an account manager/executive is a major plus
• Perfect command of the English language — written and spoken
• Strong organizational and executive functioning skills
• Proven experience with Monday.com and social media management
• A proactive mindset, the ability to work independently, and the comfort working directly with high-level leadership
• Tech confidence — familiarity with AI tools and automations preferred
