Data Analyst - Entry Level

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
• Create dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
• Work closely with business, product, and technical teams to understand data requirements
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation
• Present insights in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
• Experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio)
• Basic understanding of data modeling and databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and presentation skills

Preferred / Nice To Have

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis
• Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) or product analytics tools
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines
• Prior experience in IT services, product companies, or analytics consulting
