Join an exciting HealthTech startup revolutionizing medical coding with NLP and Gen AI. They are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to work closely with the CEO and drive development of new product features.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO to drive product/feature development
- Drive and scale a high-performance team
- Lead integrations with new EHR/EMR systems (FHIR, HL7, CCDA)
- Work directly on the core product with high ownershipRequirements
- Must have experience with FHIR and/or HL7
- Hands-on experience with PHP (preferably Laravel), React, and Python
- Previous experience leading teams
- Experience with Gen AI and/or NLP is strongly preferred
