🚀 Distinguished Data Engineer (Remote)

We’re building the future of cloud-native data platforms and looking for a proven data engineering leader to help us scale. In this role, you’ll shape strategy, architect enterprise-level solutions, and drive the adoption of modern data technologies across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Lead high-impact initiatives to deliver secure, scalable data solutions.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to influence technology strategy.
• Champion engineering excellence and promote reuse of best-in-class solutions.
• Advance modern architectures with tools like Kafka, Spark, Airflow, Snowflake, and Databricks.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in data engineering and 5+ years in data architecture.
• Strong experience with Python, Java, Go, and SQL.
• Cloud and big-data expertise (AWS Glue/Kinesis, Kafka, Spark).
• Experience operationalizing machine learning models a plus.

💰 Compensation: $239,900 – $273,800 annually (remote role).
