Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Project Manager in the sign industry. The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple signage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating stakeholders such as designers and fabricators, expediting production processes, conducting inspections, and handling logistics. Effective communication and leadership will be key to ensuring client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Project Management and strong organizational skills
• Hands-on experience with Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to ensure smooth project execution
• Proficiency in Inspection processes to maintain quality control standards
• Experience in Logistics Management, including scheduling, coordinating deliveries, and troubleshooting supply chain challenges
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
• Familiarity with the signage or visual products industry is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
