Job DescriptionSenior Python Engineer - Healthcare We’re looking for a hands-on, production-minded Senior Python Engineer to help build and scale real-world applications. In this role, you’ll develop and deploy robust, production-grade systems that turn advanced analytics into practical solutions, working closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product partners along the way.

  • You’ll design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and cloud-native infrastructure, with experience across platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Your work will span everything from developing APIs and workflows to setting up CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and containerised environments using tools like Kubernetes, Airflow, or managed job orchestration platforms.
  • You’ll take ownership of reliability and performance, ensuring systems are well monitored, cost-efficient, and designed to evolve over time.
  • and maintainability matter here. You’ll help establish and follow best practices around versioning, tracking, logging, monitoring, and retraining workflows, while documenting systems clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Just as importantly, you’ll collaborate openly with cross-functional teams to align technical delivery with product and business goals, and contribute to a low-ego, high-trust engineering culture where learning and improvement are shared.
