Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join a leading Australian Loyalty and Rewards agency and help drive innovation across client platforms.

In this remote working team, you’ll be a key part of a growing tech function, working on the platforms that power high-impact loyalty, cashback, marketplace and gifting programs across sectors like banking, insurance, energy, entertainment, and retail.

This role will suit a skilled full stack developer with strong Laravel expertise, solid front-end skills, and a genuine interest in building scalable, secure and crafted tech solutions.

You’ll report to both the CTO and CIO and will support product enhancements and fixes for existing loyalty and reward platforms. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders across client service, customer service and partnership teams with occasional client facing meetings.

Ideally we are searching for a candidate with prior agency experience, with strong interpersonal skills as well as the following technical capability:

• Modern PHP and PHP frameworks like Laravel
• Modern JavaScript/Typescript and Reactive frameworks like React, Next JS, or Vue
• CSS and CSS Frameworks like Tailwind CSS
• SQL databases like MySQL
• Cloud Platforms like AWS, any AWS certificate is a plus
• Familiar with software design, including coding best practices, security, efficiency, and documentation.
