The Role

We’re looking for a frontend engineer who cares deeply about design, performance, and experience. You’ll take ideas from Figma to production, translating user needs into crisp, intuitive, and scalable UI. You’ll work side-by-side with design, backend, and product to bring the magic to life.

What You’ll Do

• Build and iterate on high-quality user interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Translate design systems and Figma mockups into clean, modular components.
• Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and smooth performance across devices.
• Collaborate with backend engineers on API integration and data flow.
• Maintain design consistency and contribute to evolving our design system.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and ship improvements fast.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–4 years of professional or project-based experience building modern web apps.
• Strong skills in React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS (Tailwind preferred).
• A strong design sense and attention to detail — you care about pixels, not just components.
• Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility, and browser performance optimization.
• Ability to think from the user’s perspective and collaborate with product/design teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Figma, Framer Motion, or design-to-code workflows.
• Background in animations, data visualization, or UI performance optimization.
• Experience with AI/LLM-powered products or dynamic front-end experiences.
• Contributions to open-source or personal portfolio projects that show your craft.
