A fast-moving HealthTech startup is looking for a product-focused Full Stack Developer to help deliver the beta version of a platform transforming how prescriptions are created, shared, and fulfilled within the veterinary sector.

This is a high-impact opportunity to join an early-stage company with strong commercial traction already in place. A pipeline of customer contracts is dependent on successful product delivery over the next six months, making execution, ownership, and speed critical to success.

The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with the founding team to rapidly deliver a scalable MVP across frontend and backend systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, thrives in ambiguity, and wants genuine ownership over product delivery and technical direction.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving delivery of the beta platform within ambitious timelines
• Shipping features across frontend and backend systems
• Taking ownership of technical execution from concept through deployment
• Managing development priorities to ensure key milestones are achieved
• Collaborating directly with founders in a highly autonomous environment
• Contributing to architecture and engineering decisions as the platform scales

Tech Stack

The current ecosystem includes:

• Rust backend architecture with custom search functionality
• SolidJS frontend applications
• WebAssembly SDK for data processing
• Dual PostgreSQL databases
• Cloudflare-hosted frontend infrastructure
• Custom web servers hosted on Scaleway virtual machines

What They’re Looking For

• Strong commercial experience with Rust and SolidJS
• A product-minded engineer capable of delivering quickly and pragmatically
• Someone comfortable operating autonomously within an early-stage environment
• Strong engineering judgement with the ability to balance speed and scalability
• A builder mentality with genuine ownership over outcomes
• Startup experience is highly desirable
