Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Technical Product Manager specializing in Intrusion and Alarm Systems within the physical security domain. In this position, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept and strategy to launch and post-launch enhancements. Key responsibilities include defining product strategies, managing technical roadmaps, analyzing market trends, collaborating across teams to align development with market needs, and driving programs to ensure successful product delivery. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that RISCO's solutions meet technical and user requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Technical Product Management and Product Management
• Proficiency in defining Product Strategy and executing roadmaps
• Analytical Skills to evaluate market needs, user feedback, and technical trade-offs
• Program Management skills to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of physical security systems, including intrusion and alarm systems, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Experience working in a global, remote-first environment
