Senior Product Manager, AI & Data Products
Job Description
Posted on: May 9, 2026
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager, AI & Data Products, to join an innovative organization building AI-powered platforms that transform complex data into actionable insights. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about creating AI-driven products that tackle real-world problems and enable data-driven decision-making across healthcare, life sciences, and public health.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will define product strategy, own the roadmap, and build core capabilities from the ground up. You’ll work closely with leadership, engineering, and data science teams to design, launch, and scale products that responsibly apply AI to improve outcomes and advance equity.
What You’ll Achieve
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI and data products that power behavioral intelligence platforms.
- Lead 0-to-1 and early-stage initiatives, turning ambiguous problem spaces into clear product bets with measurable impact.
- Partner closely with engineering and data science to bring machine learning, generative AI, and advanced analytics into production-grade products.
- Conduct product discovery with customers and stakeholders to ensure solutions address real workflows and decisions.
- Design AI products that are interpretable, trusted, and actionable.
- Own execution end-to-end: problem framing, success metrics, launch, iteration, and scaling.
- Establish product best practices and raise the standard for building and evaluating AI-powered products.
About You
You are a strategic and hands-on product thinker who thrives in ambiguity and values meaningful ownership. You enjoy working close to the problem, the technology, and the end user.
You likely bring:
- A track record of shipping complex software products in ambiguous or early-stage environments.
- 3+ years in a product-focused role, with experience in product management, engineering, data science, analytics, or related fields.
- Strong technical fluency and comfort collaborating with engineers and data scientists on AI, machine learning, or data-intensive systems.
- Ability to translate complex data and models into products that users understand and trust.
- Excellent product judgment, with a bias toward outcomes, impact, and learning over process.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision.
- Preferred: experience in healthcare, life sciences, public health, or regulated industries—but curiosity and learning ability are valued above domain expertise.
You are motivated by impact and ownership and excited by building foundational products that will scale and shape the company’s future.
