We're hiring a Product Support Manager to drive delivery across internal support platforms for a global tech client. The road-map is set - now it's about execution.

You'll work across product, engineering, and design to deliver features that improve employee helpdesk and self-serve tools, reduce case volumes, and enhance internal user experience.

Key requirements:

• 4-5+ years in product management

• Experience with B2B or internal platforms

• Strong stakeholder and communication skills

• Data-informed decision making and delivery focus

Nice to have:

• Experience in employee support tools or helpdesk systems

• Strategic mindset and strong written communication
