What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and manage complex engineering projects, ensuring alignment with budgets, schedules, and quality standards
• Develop project charters and define design/implementation requirements
• Oversee multiple project components, including material handling equipment and warehouse systems
• Track project budgets, timelines, and expenditures, issuing or approving purchase orders as required
• Communicate project status, risks, and pending issues to stakeholders

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or PMP preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in project management, project engineering, or related roles
• Proven experience managing automation or construction projects exceeding $5M per project
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, warehouse design, and material handling equipment
• Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Excel, AutoCAD, etc.)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Prior experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage technical and non-technical audiences
