We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager on behalf of one of our clients.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager based in the Philippines to lead digital growth and performance marketing initiatives in a remote, fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in paid media (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), SEO and content strategy, and CRM/email automation — combining creativity with analytical precision to drive measurable results and brand visibility.
Job Description
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute multi-channel campaigns designed to attract, convert, and retain customers while ensuring consistency across digital platforms.
You will play a hands-on role managing campaign delivery, analysing data, and continuously improving performance through experimentation and insights.
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Lead SEO, keyword, and content strategies to improve organic search performance.
- Manage CRM systems and design automated email workflows for lead nurturing and retention.
- Analyse KPIs and campaign data using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and related tools.
- Develop marketing dashboards to track ROI and make data-backed recommendations.
- Oversee brand consistency across digital assets, landing pages, and EDMs.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Stay ahead of evolving trends in performance marketing, SEO, and digital innovation.
The Successful Applicant
We are seeking a senior digital marketing professional with a proven record of delivering growth through data-driven campaigns and hands-on execution.
To be successful, you will have:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing management, ideally in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Deep understanding of SEO, content optimisation, and keyword analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Search Console, and GTM.
- Proficiency with CRM and email automation tools such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Mailchimp.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Asana, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.
- A proactive, creative, and growth-oriented mindset.
