Marketing Manager

OurProperty is redefining how property management gets done.

Over the past two years, we’ve experienced rapid growth, expanding our customer base and product capabilities across Australia. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing execution and help drive the next phase of growth.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys both thinking and doing. You’ll work closely with our Product Marketing Manager, sales team and leadership to deliver campaigns, support pipeline growth and strengthen our presence in the property management industry.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement and pipeline.

This includes:

• Owning and executing marketing campaigns across email, social, paid and outbound channels
• Supporting lead generation efforts in collaboration with our sales team
• Managing campaign performance, reporting, and optimisation
• Content planning and publishing across digital channels
• Developing customer stories, testimonials and key marketing assets
• Supporting go-to-market initiatives for new features and product updates
• Planning and delivering webinars, event and promotional activity
• Supporting customer engagement initiatives and advocacy programs
• Leveraging HubSpot to manage campaigns, reporting and marketing workflows
• Coordinating internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver marketing initiatives

You’ll also work closely with our Product Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer/Videographer, leveraging their support to deliver campaigns, content and marketing initiatives.

About You

You’re someone who can take direction, turn it into action and deliver.

• 5+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or technology environments
• Strong experience executing campaigns across multiple channels
• Comfortable working hands-on while contributing to broader marketing direction
• Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms highly regarded
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment

Experience in property management or proptech is highly regarded, but not essential.
