Staff/ Lead Full-Stack Engineer (AI Applications) - Fintech Company - Fully Remote - Up to £135,000

I am currently supporting a Fintech Product Company who are looking for a Staff/ Lead Full-Stack Engineer to work on the core platform & AI Applications.

They are building something rare: AI tools that actually understand finance and already have a customer base of enterprise clientele who are using the platform.

The platform is redefining how private equity and private debt professionals analyse deals. It combines cutting-edge language models with structured financial data and intuitive interfaces.

This enables faster, sharper investment decisions that unlocks capital for companies that need it most! Its pretty cool!

They are now we’re expanding their team (currently 5 in engineering) and looking for an experienced & passionate Engineer who wants to work at the forefront of modern AI technology.

You'll work on new features, refine their workflows + pish the boundaries of what AI can do in financial analysis.

Their clients are high-value, high-intensity users who pay premium licenses for quality. That gives them the freedom to build with care, experiment with sophistication, and deliver tools that genuinely move the needle. Building something at the highest grade and with care is very important.

You’ll be working with real deal documents such as: due diligence reports, pitch decks, financials, legal contracts and then building systems that go far beyond traditional RAG.

The RoleAs Lead / Staff Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of their product evolution and play a very integral part to the direction of the product & business as a whole. You’ll build elegant, responsive interfaces in React and robust backend systems in Python/Django + making complex AI capabilities feel simple and intuitive through thoughtful UX and clean architecture.

They need someone who is fluent across the stack but also has experience integrating AI tooling and working with LLM-powered features - Very important!
