Program Manager (ERP / M&A) (Remote - SC Preferred)

Optomi, in partnership with a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a hands-on IT Program Manager to lead the coordination and execution of cross-functional go-live activities for a major South Carolina integration initiative. This is a long-term, high-impact opportunity supporting IT readiness across ERP and EMR rollouts.

About the Role:

As the Program Manager, you’ll work alongside senior stakeholders to drive complex IT enablement work streams through to go-live and sustainment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can independently manage financials, timelines, command center coordination, and status reporting. The ideal candidate is a true program leader—someone who not only provides guidance but takes ownership and executes the full lifecycle of project/program deliverables with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute go-live activities across infrastructure, ERP, and EMR tracks
• Manage interoperability between multiple technical and functional programs
• Own project/program schedules, timelines, financial tracking, and risk/issue logs
• Lead meetings, document action items, and report status to leadership
• Support technical decommissioning efforts and ServiceNow (SNOW) task management
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Novant employees, contractors, and consulting partners
• Serve as command center lead during go-live windows (July–January)

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience
• Strong command center or go-live coordination background
• Experience supporting enterprise-level ERP or infrastructure implementations
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and project scheduling tools
• PMP certification preferred
• Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity
• Healthcare, Infor, EMR, or M&A integration experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel to Charleston, SC for go-live support
