Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Full-stack Developer with previous startups experience. The Full-stack Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end web applications, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean and efficient code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and participating in the entire software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.

Qualifications

We need a senior full-stack engineer with deep experience in React, Node and NestJS, and LLM APIs.

From a technical perspective, this person needs to be capable of building both our external and internal AI agents, which means:

• strong RAG experience with complex, long technical documents
• ability to extract and verify tables, figures, schematics, and structured numerical data
• experience with citation granularity, including page numbers, bounding boxes, and table cells
• understanding of multimodal pipelines, including text and document vision models
• experience architecting high-scale ingestion pipelines, including parallel chunking, retries, multi-stage retrieval, and reranking
• knowledge of knowledge graphs and taxonomy driven indexing for SKU and component disambiguation
• comfort building enterprise grade VPC and on-prem deployments in air-gapped environments

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable systems with modern frameworks
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and growth to bring new ideas to life fast
• Help shape technical direction, stack decisions, and dev culture
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on features that drive user and revenue growth
• Tackle both quick wins and long-term technical challenges
• Work directly with the founding team to scale the company
