Project Coordinator

We’re recruiting on behalf of a client for a Project Coordinator to support a range of projects across construction, facilities management, and property.

The role is fully remote and would suit someone with experience managing project documentation, coordinating teams, and keeping multiple workstreams organised. You’ll work closely with project managers, asset teams, and contractors to help keep delivery on track across UK and US-based projects.

This isn’t a technical PM role, but we are looking for someone confident, professional, and able to take ownership of the day-to-day coordination needed to keep things moving.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the delivery of multiple active projects
• Coordinating timelines, actions, and meetings across teams
• Helping manage trackers, contractor communication, and documentation
• Keeping drawings, records, and compliance information up to date
• Working alongside delivery teams to support client deadlines

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a coordination or project support role
• Comfortable with Excel, Teams, and project tools like Smartsheet or Monday
• Strong attention to detail and able to work independently
• Experience in construction, FM, property or the wider built environment is a strong advantage
