Technical Product Owner (Entry-Level / New Grad Friendly) – Remote (US-Based)SUMMARY:

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for technology, problem-solving, and making an impact? You’ll work closely with experienced developers, stakeholders, and business teams to learn the ropes of product ownership in a fast-paced, agile environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Learn and grow into a subject matter expert for our key logistics applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
• Help design and improve business processes and user experiences.
• Create user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Assist in troubleshooting and supporting production issues with guidance from senior team members.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Logistics, or a related field and/or equivalent experience.
• A strong interest in technology, product development, and logistics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A desire to learn about APIs, databases, UI/UX, and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or MySQL is a plus—but not required.
• Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours to support critical business needs.
