The challenge

Spinning out from an AI incubator, we’re ready launch our infrastructure platform for AI agents. Giving developers a way to build adaptive agents that can dynamically discover, compose, and execute actions without needing to hardwire every step.

Instead of being stuck in narrow workflows, agents on our platform can collaborate, evolve, and tap into a growing network of capabilities. It’s framework-agnostic, includes built-in trust and payments via blockchain, and turns agent-to-agent interactions into a scalable, flexible system. Think of it as the action layer powering the emerging agent economy.

We’ve got our CEO on board and the next step is to bring on board a CTO to lead the technical efforts.

About you

You’ll draw on your experience in AI/ML Engineering to drive the design of the platform and tailor it to be most efficient for AI Agents.

The platform will include Blockchain technology, but we’re not expecting you to have experience with this. What we are looking for is:

• A solid background in AI (Engineering rather than Research)
• Hands on developing, training and deploying NLP models experience
• Possess a deep understanding of reinforcement learning, distributed training and Agentic AI
• Experience working with some of the more recent LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, LLaMA etc)
• Experience working in an AI startup, ideally from the start

You’ll be a founding member of the team that have secured pre-seed funding, and will receive equity in the business. You’ll be working remotely, with others in the team being located in different parts of the world.
