About the Opportunity

We’re seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI products that solve meaningful business problems. In this role, you’ll serve as the vital link between engineering, data science, design, and the business driving strategy, execution, and continuous innovation across the AI product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for AI-enabled features or platforms
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to develop and launch machine learning models that deliver measurable value
• Translate business objectives and customer needs into AI product requirements and use cases
• Prioritize product backlog based on impact, effort, and feedback from internal and external stakeholders
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery and experimentation through delivery, iteration, and scaling
• Ensure cross-functional alignment by facilitating standups, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews
• Monitor product performance post-launch and drive data-informed improvements
• Stay on top of trends in LLMs, MLOps, AI governance, and competitive market intelligence

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of product management experience, including at least 2+ years working with AI/ML products
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and how they translate into user and business value
• Proven experience working closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and backend teams
• Ability to write clear product specs and manage agile workflows (JIRA, Asana, Linear, etc.)
• Familiarity with ML lifecycles and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, SageMaker, DataRobot, Hugging Face)
• Demonstrated success launching technical products in SaaS or enterprise environments
• Strong analytical skills with comfort making decisions based on data, user research, and intuition
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a bias for clarity and collaboration

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in startups or high-growth product orgs
• Background in software engineering, data science, or UX
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, RAG pipelines, or real-time personalization systems
• Knowledge of AI regulation, ethical AI frameworks, or responsible deployment practices
