About The Role As the Senior CRO Product manager, you will be responsible to define and coordinate strategy to optimize the conversion rate, engagement, and user retention across multiple websites. This will also involve working very closely with the Product team, Departments and the Product Manager to prioritise objectively the goals to ensure business growth, scalability, and excellence in delivery. Your Role and Key Responsibilities:

  • Under the management of the Product Manager, coordinate and execute the Product strategy to optimize the conversion rate, engagement, and user retention.
  • Ability to research and analyze markets and competitors, including types of devices, usability, languages, and all related functionalities.
  • Analyze user behavior and data to find actionable insights, optimizing onboarding and conversion funnels.
  • Align the CRO initiatives, working closely with the product owners, UX/UI designers, Product Analyst, Departments, and Product Manager.
  • Define the CRO requirements in detail and execute the developments with the development team's collaboration, and ensure the deliverable meets the requirements on the agreed time.
  • Analyze and report the CRO impact results, providing data and recommendations.
  • Define, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve the user journey experience to optimize the overall conversion rates.
  • Ability to dive deep into both qualitative and quantitative data in order to bring forward new insights that generate product innovations.
  • Communicate opportunities, new trends, and innovation to the product team and Product Manager

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner with CRO experience in a software or tech-driven environment
  • Technology passionate. Used to working with IT suppliers and familiar with technical integrations
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum methodology, use cases, user stories, user journeys, and flows.
  • Experience running A/B tests. Ideally, experience with the VWO tool.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently to conduct players' research and analyze markets.
  • Excellent communication skills, a team player with a positive attitude
  • Excellent problem solver with a can-do attitude
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments
