Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain operational dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.

• Utilize SQL to query, analyze, and synthesize large datasets from relational databases, contributing to database definition and schema design.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations and digital media consumption patterns, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and compelling presentations and communications for various stakeholders.

• Data cleansing and upload to data warehouse.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.

• Champion data analytics best practices and contribute to the development of our data infrastructure.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 1+ years of experience in operations analytics or business analytics.

• Proficient in advanced SQL for complex data querying, database definition and schema design.

• Proficiency in Google Suite (e.g., Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides).

• Proven experience in building and presenting operational dashboards.

• Deep interest in the online video industry, digital media consumption patterns, and technology business principles.

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex ideas and large datasets into simple and intuitive communications, balancing deep analytical rigor with actionable insights.

• Passion for data analytics and infrastructure.

• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
