- Accountabilities
- Lead and coordinate client-facing projects, ensuring alignment between client requirements and internal execution.
- Manage internal initiatives, including operational improvements and enterprise-wide projects such as technology implementations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using tools like Smartsheet and Jira, applying Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
- Facilitate collaboration across internal teams, external partners, and executive stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
- Drive projects that contribute to client health, satisfaction, and cost savings objectives.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in benefits administration systems and/or client-facing roles.
- 2–5 years of direct project or program management experience.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project tracking tools such as Smartsheet and Jira.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
