Remote E-Commerce Project Manager

In this role, you will lead and grow the international e-commerce channel, ensuring performance, user experience, and operational excellence. You'll manage product catalogs, optimize user journeys, and coordinate logistics while adhering to the brand's unique vision. Your contributions will directly impact business growth within an engaged community dedicated to high-quality design and spirituality. Accountabilities

• Manage the product catalog and oversee site merchandising strategies.
• Optimize the e-commerce funnel to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
• Ensure prompt logistics and superb customer service.
• Handle compliance and international logistics for EU and non-EU transactions.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements.
• Prioritize website evolutions and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital environments, preferably in a premium D2C context.
• Strong understanding of CRO, SEO, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, GTM).
• Familiarity with EU/non-EU regulations (taxes, duties, returns).
• Proficient with CMS platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) and basic HTML/CSS.
• Fluent in French with a good command of English and strong attention to detail.
