- Accountabilities
- Verify project account eligibility and communicate requirements to contractors and sub-contractors.
- Conduct pre- and post-inspections, ensuring quality control and timely resolution of outstanding issues.
- Facilitate third-party QA/QC project selection and coordinate with evaluation teams to address discrepancies.
- Administer project processes using company portals and administrative platforms.
- Monitor key performance metrics and recommend improvements to program policies and workflows.
- Review, reconcile, and collect project documentation to support billing and project close-out.
- Collaborate with data analysts to complete weekly billing and reporting activities.
- Requirements
- Proactive, self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with contractors, clients, and internal teams.
- Experience or interest in energy-efficient lighting technology (LED, occupancy sensors, daylighting) and HVAC/mechanical systems.
- Proficiency with software tools, including spreadsheets, project management platforms, word processing, presentation tools, and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation; mileage and toll reimbursement provided.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality customer service.
