Professional Services Program Manager (Remote - UK)

As a Professional Services Program Manager, you will lead complex services programs and projects, overseeing all deployment resources to ensure timely, on-budget delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage program timelines, and define project scope and deliverables in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders. This role involves driving operational improvements, monitoring project performance, and providing executive-level reporting. You will mentor project managers and coordinators, maintain standards in line with established project management methodology, and play a pivotal role in delivering successful customer outcomes in a global, collaborative environment. Accountabilities:

• Lead end-to-end professional services programs and projects, managing resources, scope, and timelines
• Define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with technical and business teams
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, adjusting as needed to meet evolving requirements
• Monitor day-to-day project operations and ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards
• Track and report team hours, expenses, and overall project performance to stakeholders
• Mitigate risks and proactively address issues to minimize exposure on projects
• Mentor and guide project managers and coordinators, promoting consistent best practices
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and stored appropriately for future reference

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent education/experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience leading complex projects or programs
• Experience managing large-scale, global deployments with multiple teams and resources
• Strong proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or SmartSheets
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, prioritization, and tool utilization capabilities
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams, clients, and leadership
• Flexibility to manage shifting priorities and timelines while maintaining high-quality delivery
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus
• Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is advantageous
