This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager - B2B SaaS (Martech) in Europe. In this role, you will help shape a fast-growing Martech product used by global customers, driving innovation across AI-powered customer experience and marketing workflows. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and deliver features that impact millions of users.   • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration
  • Manage and prioritize initiatives based on user insights, data, market trends, and business impact
  • Own the release process and coordinate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product delivery
  • Analyze product performance using key metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation
  • Translate complex problems into clear, actionable product requirements and decisions
  • Inspire and guide teams by fostering collaboration, clarity, and customer-centric thinking

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of Agile product development practices
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and ownership-driven attitude
  • Fluency in English and Turkish, both written and spoken
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and incorporate diverse perspectives into product decisions
