This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Full Stack Engineer III (Senior with Webflow Experience) in Worldwide. As a Full Stack Engineer III, you will take ownership of both frontend and backend development, creating innovative and high-performing web solutions. You will work on complex projects that require advanced technical expertise, guiding the team in delivering scalable and maintainable systems. This role combines hands-on engineering with mentorship responsibilities, allowing you to shape code quality, optimize performance, and influence project outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions, contribute to strategic planning, and implement best practices in software development. Your work will directly impact product excellence and the effectiveness of remote collaboration in a distributed team environment. Accountabilities

  • Lead the design and development of robust full-stack solutions, incorporating advanced frontend and backend systems
  • Optimize application performance and ensure efficiency across all layers of the stack
  • Develop reusable components and services to accelerate development and maintain high code quality
  • Plan and execute complex technical assignments with innovative solutions
  • Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on technical challenges and career growth
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project integration and delivery

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of professional experience as a software engineer in collaborative team environments
  • Proficiency in Webflow, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
  • Strong backend experience with technologies such as NodeJS, AWS, and databases
  • Solid understanding of software development at scale with a product-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in mentoring and leading technical initiatives
  • Positive references from previous managers and teammates
  • College education is a plus
  • Must be able to work in the EST timezone. Nice-to-have:
  • Experience with NextJS and AWS
  • Exposure to internationalization and localization
  • Previous startup experience
