Accountabilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of frontend and backend systems, applying innovative solutions to complex problems
• Optimize application performance and efficiency across the full stack
• Build and maintain reusable components and services to accelerate development and maintain code quality
• Plan and execute advanced assignments with a strategic and innovative approach
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on technical initiatives and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects
• Contribute to improving overall process efficiency and project timelines

Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional experience as a software engineer in a collaborative team environment
• Proficiency in Webflow and full-stack technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js), and backend technologies such as Node.js, AWS, and databases
• Demonstrated consulting mindset, problem-solving skills, and conflict resolution abilities
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across distributed teams
• Positive references from previous managers and colleagues
• Understanding of software development at scale and product-oriented thinking
• College education is a plus
• Ability to work in EST timezone. Nice-to-have: Proficiency with Next.js, experience in internationalization/localization, and prior startup experience
