• Build, maintain, and optimize backend services that power crypto products
• Design and implement APIs and event-driven architectures to handle high-volume transaction processing efficiently and securely
• Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to ensure scalability, observability, and resilience
• Contribute to internal documentation, tooling, and engineering best practices
• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through testing, reviews, and automation
• Participate in cross-functional planning with product and platform teams to align technical solutions with business goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend or distributed systems development
• Proven track record building production-grade APIs and financial services at scale
• Proficiency in Node.js or similar modern backend frameworks (TypeScript, NestJS, Go, or Java)
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, AWS, and microservices or event-driven systems
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with product, platform, and engineering teams
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to execute with autonomy in a fast-paced environment
