The Role:
Website & UX Strategy
- Growth Platform: Lead the design, modular development, and scalability of the website, integrating it deeply with CRM and product data.
- UX & Personalization: Optimize site navigation and functionality to build personalized user journeys tailored to ICP segments, lifecycle stages, and intent.
- Compliance & Security: Oversee website hosting, domains, data protection regulations, and cyber security protocols.
Conversion & Search Optimization (CRO & SEO)
- CRO Leadership: Spearhead A/B/multivariate testing, personalization, and funnel optimization to maximize lead generation.
- SEO Management: Execute technical and content SEO strategies to boost organic rankings and qualified traffic.
Data, AI & Innovation
- Analytics & Insights: Utilize web analytics, heat mapping, and multi-touch attribution tools (e.g., HockeyStack) to deliver data-driven optimization insights.
- AI Automation: Implement AI-powered tools and content automation to scale operational efficiency and delivery.
Collaboration & Partner Management
- Agency & Freelancers: Manage external web development, SEO agencies, and freelancers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Marketing, Design, IT, and Sales to align digital initiatives with GTM strategies and pipeline priorities.
Commercial & Financial Accountability
- Pipeline Contribution: Take full ownership of the website's impact on pipeline conversion performance metrics.
- Budget Oversight: Manage budgets across web development and digital tools with a focus on cost control, ROI, and economies of scale.
About You:
Technical & Design Expertise
- Experience: Senior Web Manager or equivalent role (SaaS products highly desirable).
- Web & Design: Proficiency in web design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch) alongside a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- SEO & CRO: Proven track record running A/B testing plans and managing technical SEO strategies alongside external agencies.
Data & Innovation
- Analytics Mastery: Expertise in Google Analytics and advanced data analysis/attribution tools like HockeyStack.
- AI & Automation: Passion for emerging technologies with a desire to leverage AI and content automation tools to optimize workflows and personalization.
Leadership & Execution
- Project Management: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple digital projects simultaneously.
- Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills to partner seamlessly across internal teams and external vendors.
