• Analyze and match resumes with job descriptions
• Auto-generate tailored cover letters
• Predict application success likelihood
• Automate end-to-end job submissions
• Replace messy email workflows with a clean, intelligent dashboard

Join us as a Python Developer and help build the AI brain behind our platform. You'll work directly with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and application orchestration tools to create a seamless experience for users.

What You'll Do:

• Develop AI-driven features using Python, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs
• Architect and implement back-end services for resume/job matching and auto-application
• Integrate with vector stores and scoring algorithms to personalize results
• Collaborate on prompt design and AI-assisted workflows
• Build the core logic behind our automated application engine

What We're Looking For:

• Strong Python skills and understanding of back-end architecture
• Experience with or keen interest in AI/LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, embeddings)
• Familiarity with OOP, REST APIs, and databases (we use Firestore + vector DBs)
• Independent, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely
• Bonus: Experience with job matching, NLP, or recommender systems
