Product Manager

Jack is helping a mission-driven digital collective find exceptional Product Managers to join their remote team. This organization partners with clients who focus on social good and community impact. As an early Product hire, you’ll take the reins of product strategy, work closely with stakeholders, and help define a roadmap that drives meaningful change. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, the ability to influence team growth, and a clear pathway toward a Director-level position.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product strategy for client-facing digital projects
• Own the full product lifecycle: ideation, discovery, execution, launch, and iteration
• Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to understand missions, user needs, and product goals
• Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partner with cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, and analysts to ensure high-quality delivery
• Take initiative and work independently to drive product success
• Contribute to refining the hiring and onboarding process for future Product team members
• Advocate for user-centric design and exceptional user experiences
• Monitor trends, gather user feedback, and translate insights into actionable improvements

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a history of successful product launches
• Strong alignment with mission-driven work and social impact goals
• A unique blend of empathy and logic in your approach to product leadership
• Highly self-motivated with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to define product vision and convert it into executable plans
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and internal stakeholders effectively
• Experience contributing to hiring or team-building processes is a plus
• Familiarity with user-centered design, agile methodologies, and digital product development
