About the role:

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to develop and refine innovative financial products
• Identify product improvement opportunities and turn data-driven insights into actionable strategies
• Define user personas, craft seamless user journeys, and ensure top-tier product-market fit
• Drive the roadmap for new features, ensuring the product stays ahead of the competition

About you:

• Experience in a startup environment, ideally within FinTech
• Proven track record of managing the product lifecycle and launching products from concept to market
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and partners, shaping product strategy with compelling insights
• Hands-on experience working closely with software engineers, designing user stories and persona mapping
