We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who excels at supporting and mentoring teams, all while delivering multiple complex projects. This is a people-focused position in a forward-thinking organisation.

You will have a balanced approach – collaborative, calm, and supportive, with the capability to manage complexity and lead by example. This role is perfect for someone who values teamwork and genuinely enjoys helping others thrive.

As the Senior Project Manager you will:

• Manage and deliver multiple, diverse projects, predominantly in Technology, Digital and Business
• Provide mentoring and guidance to a small team of three mixed-experience members . You’ll help build their confidence, develop their skills, and support them when challenges arise.
• Act as the point of escalation to help your team navigate and overcome complex situations.
