*NO C2C Please* **📢 **Job Posting: Project Manager – Real Estate Entitlements 📍 Location: Remote (East Coast Ideal) 💵 Rate: $65–$70/hour (W2) 🕒 Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week | Duration: 12 months 📅 Start Date: Aug 2025 **🧠 **About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in real estate development, design coordination, and permitting/entitlements. This individual will lead and manage the approval and execution process for infrastructure and site development projects from pre-construction through permitting. The ideal candidate brings a blend of project execution skills, regulatory experience, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, legal, and government stakeholders. This role requires minimal supervision and a proactive mindset. **🛠️ **What You’ll Do
- Manage the end-to-end permitting and entitlement process for infrastructure development projects
- Collaborate with design engineers, permitting consultants, and local/state agencies
- Track project milestones, budgets, and deadlines using MS Project, Excel, and Smartsheet
- Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to maintain schedule and regulatory compliance
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership
- Drive strategic execution while managing daily details of complex permitting workflows
**✅ **Key Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in project or program management related to real estate, infrastructure, land development, or permitting
- Strong knowledge of entitlements, zoning, site planning, and design coordination
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Project; familiarity with Smartsheet
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including design, legal, and permitting agencies
- Able to work independently with minimal direction
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, planning, construction management, or a related field
