This individual will lead and manage the approval and execution process for infrastructure and site development projects from pre-construction through permitting. The ideal candidate brings a blend of project execution skills, regulatory experience, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, legal, and government stakeholders. This role requires minimal supervision and a proactive mindset. **🛠️ **What You’ll Do

• Manage the end-to-end permitting and entitlement process for infrastructure development projects
• Collaborate with design engineers, permitting consultants, and local/state agencies
• Track project milestones, budgets, and deadlines using MS Project, Excel, and Smartsheet
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to maintain schedule and regulatory compliance
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership
• Drive strategic execution while managing daily details of complex permitting workflows

**✅ **Key Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in project or program management related to real estate, infrastructure, land development, or permitting
• Strong knowledge of entitlements, zoning, site planning, and design coordination
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Project; familiarity with Smartsheet
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including design, legal, and permitting agencies
• Able to work independently with minimal direction
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, planning, construction management, or a related field
