We’re a fast-growing tech company building digital products that power some of the UK’s largest contractors. Our mobile apps are used every day on site — and we’re looking for a Lead Mobile Developer to help us take things to the next level.

What you’ll do

• Lead the design & development of Flutter apps for iOS and Android
• Shape architecture, best practices, and CI/CD pipelines
• Mentor developers and drive a positive engineering culture
• Work closely with product & backend teams to deliver mobile-first features

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in mobile dev, 3+ years with Flutter
• Strong Dart, async programming, and architecture patterns (BLoC, Clean, MVC)
• Experience with APIs, push notifications, Git, and app store release flows
• Great communicator and leader who can align tech with business goals
