• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and models
• Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions
• Integrate data from various sources including Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party systems
• Contribute to data architecture, governance, and best practices
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new features and capabilities within the Microsoft data ecosystem

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in SQL development, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and Dataflows Gen2
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, agile team
• A growth mindset—you embrace change, seek feedback, and love learning
• Experience working in consulting or fast-paced environments is a plus

• SQL Server, T-SQL, Power BI (Data Modeling, DAX, Visualization)
• Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Data Factory, Synapse Pipelines
• Azure Data Services, Dataverse, SharePoint
• Bonus: Power Platform familiarity, Python, Git, ALM practices
