Web Designer

We're a small, focused digital team at looking for a creative Web Designer to join us full-time. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants real ownership of their work — you will see projects through from concept to launch.

You'll collaborate closely with our existing design and development team, contributing to client websites, marketing assets, and digital campaigns. We value curiosity, attention to detail, and designers who care about the whole user experience.

What You'll Do

• Design and build website layouts and landing pages using WordPress and custom CMS tools
• Create visual assets including graphics, banners, and digital marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite
• Write clean HTML/CSS to implement your designs or assist developers during handoff
• Collaborate with the team on design reviews, revisions, and client feedback
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in web design, digital design, or a related field
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Comfort with HTML and CSS — you don't need to be a developer, but you understand how your designs get built
• Experience with WordPress or a similar CMS
• A portfolio that shows thoughtful, clean visual work (school projects welcome)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
