Software Engineer (.Net core, Azure, React, CI/CD, SQL, Python) - Leading Data and SaaS (KYC) Company - up to £70k

Their solution is a single access point to a live network of over 300 global corporate registries, through which we provide accurate data, integrated with innovative workflow tools. They were recently named a ‘Category Leader for KYC Data Solutions’ and after a year of record growth, have big plans to expand.

They are looking for a talented and driven Intermediate Software Engineer to join their growing development team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our enterprise-level applications and services. You'll be working primarily with .NET (C#) and SQL Server, building APIs and backend logic to support dynamic, scalable solutions.

As a Software Engineer you will:

• Design, build, and maintain robust .NET-based applications and APIs.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in C#.
• Develop and optimize queries, stored procedures, and database structures in SQL Server.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes.
• Assist in integrating APIs and third-party services.
• Contribute to system architecture and design discussions.
• Maintain high standards for code quality and best practices.

Requirements:Essential

• 2–5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in .NET / C# development
• Solid experience with SQL Server: writing queries, stored procedures
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with Git-based version control systems
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities

Desirable

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, App Services, Blob Storage)
• Front-end development experience with React or other JavaScript frameworks
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
