Job Title: Sr. Product Manager

Location: Remote PST Hours

Duration: 6+ months contract

Interview Process: Video Interview

Key Requirements

• Domain Expertise: Post-production / Video Engineering background is mandatory. Must speak the technical language of editors and video engineers.
• Product Skills: Strong Agile proficiency, excellent user story writing, and detailed requirement documentation.
• Experience with Tools: Frame.io, adaptive playback, cloud media supply chains (preferred).
• Soft Skills: Native-level English proficiency, clear communication, and ability to take ownership.
• Culture Fit: Sports fan a plus

ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Roadmap

• Define product vision and roadmap for pre/post-production systems.
• Align with business objectives and industry best practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with engineering, creative, and operations teams.
• Gather requirements and translate into actionable features.

Execution & Delivery

• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation → deployment.
• Ensure timely, high-quality feature delivery.

User Experience & Optimization

• Advocate for intuitive, efficient workflows.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements based on analytics and feedback.

Market & Technology Awareness

• Stay updated on emerging media production technologies.
• Identify opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in product management in media/entertainment or related tech.
• Skills: Production pipelines, asset management, integration with creative tools, Agile proficiency, Jira/Confluence.
• Education: Bachelor’s (Business, CS, Media Tech); MBA or equivalent a plus.
