We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to support a large-scale modernization initiative focused on building a next-generation Personal Lines Auto Insurance sales experience.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex Agile environments, enjoys collaborating with UX and Engineering teams, and has strong experience elaborating backlogs across multiple stakeholders and evolving business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and prioritize a portion of a shared Agile product backlog

• Collaborate closely with UX/Experience Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders

• Drive user story creation, backlog refinement, and feature elaboration

• Support customer-facing digital sales and quoting experiences

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, quarterly planning, demos, and roadmap discussions

• Translate complex business needs into actionable front-end product requirements

• Support enterprise modernization initiatives within a highly regulated environment

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of Product Owner experience in Agile environments

• Strong experience with customer-facing digital products and front-end experience collaboration

• Proven ability managing complex and evolving backlogs with multiple stakeholders

• Experience partnering with UX/Design teams on user journeys and digital sales experiences

• Background in Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or other regulated industries

• Strong Jira and Agile product ownership experience

• Experience supporting enterprise modernization and transformation initiatives

Preferred Experience:

• Personal Lines Auto Insurance

• Insurance quoting or distribution platforms

• Agent-facing or customer-facing sales applications

• Independent Agent or Direct distribution channel experience

• User-centric product thinking and design collaboration
