Job Description:Overview

• We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join a high-impact Ads organization at a leading technology company. This team builds and evolves the core platform used by advertisers to create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns. The focus is on developing intuitive, scalable user interfaces that empower advertisers to efficiently design and manage their creative assets and campaigns.
• You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the ads platform by delivering seamless user experiences and contributing to the broader frontend ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance the web-based ads platform used by advertisers.
• Dive deep into core areas such as Ad Creative Management, Campaign Management, Ads Design System, and Ads UI.
• Design and develop intuitive user interfaces for campaign creation and management.
• Deliver a seamless and efficient user experience across ad workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support additional products built on the platform.
• Take ownership of features end-to-end, from design through implementation and delivery.
• Contribute to the evolution of the ads platform through ideas, feedback, and technical leadership.
• Perform code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• 3+ years of frontend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend development (e.g., React, TypeScript).
• Proven ability to take ownership of features or projects and deliver independently.
• Experience building user-focused, scalable web applications.
• Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and driving solutions end-to-end.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building intuitive user interfaces and design systems.
• Familiarity with tools such as Storybook and Playwright.
• Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Exposure to backend technologies and data systems (e.g., Python, Go, Kafka, Postgres, Redis, BigQuery).

Technology Stack

• Frameworks/Tools: React, React Query, Thrift, Kafka, Storybook, Playwright.
• Datastores: Postgres, Cassandra, Druid, Redis, BigQuery.
