About The Role We are seeking a Mobile Application Developer to join our cross-functional agile team focused on the North American smart home (IoT) market. You will play a key role in designing and optimizing mobile applications using the React Native framework, ensuring seamless integration with our connected product ecosystem built on AWS. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain components in our mobile applications using React Native
• Translate high-fidelity wireframes into functional front-end features
• Extend and refactor existing React Native applications based on customer feedback and usage data
• Troubleshoot, test, and support mobile apps connected to IoT systems
• Analyze mobile usage patterns and IoT data to identify product improvement opportunities
• Investigate and prioritize feature enhancements using logs, tickets, and customer feedback
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to build cohesive UI components
• Manage app deployment to TestFlight and Google Play Store with high standards for quality and stability

Qualifications Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• 3+ years of experience in mobile development using React Native or similar frameworks
• 3+ years of experience integrating RESTful APIs
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React Native, Redux, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with source control systems like Git or Bitbucket
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and mobile interface best practices
• Experience with unit testing, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi network stacks in mobile apps
• Familiarity with OWASP tools, SonarQube, and secure coding standards
• Strong knowledge of advanced front-end design patterns, data structures, and performance optimization
• Self-driven and proactive in solving technical challenges and delivering features independently
