We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a JavaScript / TypeScript Full-Stack Developer to work on a Full-time basis. This individual will design, develop, and maintain efficient, high-quality code to train and optimize AI models. You will work on cutting-edge commercial and research AI solutions, pushing the frontiers of AI technology. Your work will have a significant impact on the development of innovative AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, high-quality code to train and optimize AI models.

• Conduct evaluations (Evals) to benchmark model performance and analyze results for continuous improvement.

• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.

• Develop comprehensive explanations and reports to communicate results to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with experience in Node.js, Nest.js, React, Vue.js, and Angular.

• Strong understanding of full-stack development, including front-end and back-end development.

• Experience in developing and deploying AI models, with a focus on model optimization and performance improvement.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
