We are seeking a Product Owner to join our growing Product organization in Bucharest. As a Product Owner, you will translate market and customer needs into clear, actionable user stories and work closely with Engineering, UX, QA, and Documentation teams to deliver high-impact software features.
You will support the full product lifecycle—from research and story creation to release and adoption—ensuring each increment delivers meaningful value to our customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business requirements and technical execution, with a passion for continuous product improvement.
RequirementsRequirements{{:}}1. Research & Discovery
- Engage frequently with engineering, internal SMEs, and customer-facing teams to deeply understand and prioritize user needs.
- Analyze data and feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
- Break down business requirements into clear, concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
2. Backlog Ownership & Delivery
- Serve as the primary owner of the product backlog for assigned areas
- Write high-quality user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria aligned to product strategy and customer outcomes.
- Work closely with Product Management to ensure prioritization reflects strategic goals, customer value, and technical constraints.
- Collaborate with Engineering and UX to refine requirements, ensure feasibility, and support iterative product development.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies including planning, grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Validate completed work against acceptance criteria and approve stories for release.
3. Release Readiness & Go-To-Market Support
- Support release planning by ensuring documentation, enablement materials, and internal communication are ready for launch.
- Partner with QA to ensure proper test coverage and resolve issues that impact release quality.
- Assist in internal and external training on new product capabilities.
- Monitor feature adoption and customer usage; provide post-release analysis and recommendations.
4. Scaling & Continuous Improvement
- Track KPIs related to product usage, performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify areas to streamline workflows, improve user experience, and increase product adoption.

- Project management abilities—adept at managing multiple workstreams and delivering against timelines.
- Business and technical acumen—skilled at balancing customer needs with engineering constraints and market dynamics.
- Autonomy and judgment—able to proactively identify risks, opportunities, and impacts early in the lifecycle.
- Experience in supplier information management, procurement solutions, or workflow-driven enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with API-driven architecture and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools to measure product usage and adoption
Required Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
- 2-6 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or product analysis within a software company.
- Experience working with enterprise procurement, supplier management, or ERP platforms (e.g., Coupa, Oracle, SAP HANA/ECC, Workday).
- Experience delivering B2B SaaS products in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
