Business Analyst - Data & AI

Your new company Support an organisation in the Higher Education sector with a transformative project aimed at enhancing its admissions processes through modern technology solutions. Your new role As Business Analyst, you will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and other analysts to support the development of an AI agent through accurate and scalable data pipelines and integrations. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into robust data services, shaping a data architecture and integration framework that enable AI-driven processing. You will support testing, including UAT, as well as validation and production readiness activities. Additionally, you will lead stakeholder engagement on data-related initiatives and contribute to the design of enterprise-wide data models and governance frameworks. What you'll need to succeed

• Strong background in system integrations, implementing data models and validation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing data flows between business systems, including data pipeline development and integration pattern design.
• Proven ability to establish data quality standards.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-enabling data structures and compliance requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate data requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Knowledge of higher education systems (Callista) and TEQSA compliance is desirable.
• Experience with AI/ML implementations and accessibility standards will be highly regarded.
