Product Manager (Audio Visual Hardware)

Our client in the tech hardware sector is looking to grow out their Australian team. We’re on the hunt for an experienced Product Manager to drive end-to-end product development.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical acumen and a passion for driving products from idea to market. You'll work cross-functionally with teams to ensure successful delivery from initial concept to mass production.

This role is fully remote and open to Australian residents.

Ideal background:

• Strong track record in full product lifecycle management
• Experience with networking, NAS, or audio-related products
• Comfortable collaborating across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product development from PoC (Proof of Concept) through NPI (New Product Introduction) to MP (Mass Production)
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed product specs
• Drive timelines, project milestones, and go-to-market planning
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience managing hardware product lifecycles (PoC → NPI → MP)
• Background in networking, NAS (Network Attached Storage), or audio product development is essential
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with global stakeholders
