About The Role This is a strategic and hands-on marketing leadership role, where you'll own and deliver the firm's brand, PR, social media, and digital marketing strategy. You'll work closely with international colleagues. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the development of the firm's brand and employer brand
• Create and implement PR and communications strategies to drive media coverage and enhance brand visibility
• Manage and maintain strong media relationships
• Oversee the firm's legal directory rankings and award submissions
• Lead MarTech strategy and manage the firm's website and SEO performance
• Own and deliver the firm's social media strategy, including copywriting and scheduling content
• Develop and manage the internal communications strategy
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns with a focus on SEO, content strategy, and analytics

About You To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Current / recent experience in a senior marketing role within a law firm, accountancy, or management consultancy
• A marketing degree or professional qualification (e.g. CIM or equivalent)
• Proven success in PR, media relations, and internal communications
• Strong copywriting skills and experience creating high-impact content
• Familiarity with web analytics tools and SEO best practices
• Experience managing social media channels
